Back Paddock Botanical Shipping & Returns Policy

 

1. Shipping

- We ship within Australia only, via Australia Post.

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

- Delivery is usually 3-10 business days, depending on location.

- Tracking is provided where available.

 

2. Delivery Issues

Contact us within 7 days if your order is delayed, damaged, or missing. We will follow up with Australia Post.

 

3. Faulty Item Returns

We provide refunds, repairs, or replacements for faulty, damaged, or not-as-described products. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at info@backpaddockbotanical.com.au as soon as possible so that we can guide your next steps.

 

Depending on the item and the circumstances, we may ask you to return it to us for inspection, or we may arrange a refund or replacement without return. If the item has a failure under the Australian Consumer Law, we will reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs and provide the remedy you are entitled to (repair, replacement, or refund).

 

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

- Accepted within 14 days.

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

- Return postage is at customer's expense.

 

5. Personalised Items

Engraved timber bases and other personalised items cannot be returned or refunded for change-of-mind reasons. However, if the personalised component (or any other non-personalised component) is faulty or does not match your order, you may apply for a repair, replacement, or refund.

 

6. Return Process
