Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! You’re welcome to collect your order directly from our farm. During checkout, simply select the “Local Pickup” option and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

What are your shipping options?

We offer standard shipping across Australia with Australia Post. Delivery times and costs depend on your location and the size of your order. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Can I change my shipping or pickup details after placing an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping or pickup information. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We hope to offer international shipping soon - stay tuned!

How will I know when my order is ready for pickup or shipped?

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information for shipped orders, or pickup instructions if you selected local pickup.

Can I shop in-person?

Only on Open Days. Locals are welcome to order online and pick up at the farm, by appointment.
